Pastor Josiah grew up in Spring Lake, Michigan, a small town on the shores of Lake Michigan. He was raised in the Reformed tradition and came to a personal relationship with Christ in middle school. Pastor Josiah received his BA in Bible and ministry from Moody Bible Institute, and his MDiv from Calvin Theological Seminary. Ebenezer Reformed Church is his first call as an ordained minister; however, he has ministered in a diverse set of ministries while pursuing his education.

Josiah is married to Emma. Together they enjoy the outdoors, camping, hiking, and cycling. They also enjoy exploring new towns and places together and eating at new restaurants.  Josiah enjoys a good cup of coffee while reading a book or having a conversation. He is passionate about preaching, discipleship, and having the church reach out to the community. Pastor Josiah is in the office most mornings and early afternoons from Monday – Thursdays.
